Nate introduced me to everyone from the owners to the parts department to the technicians that would be putting parts on my 2007 Hayabusa to make me familiar and comfortable with Schiets. Nate walked me through the whole bike all of the operations and also gave me a piece of mind knowing that my Hayabusa would be properly maintained for the life of the bike by Schiets. Finally the follow up by Nate was outstanding. "I have been in the auto sales business for some years, a business that is driven by customer service. Seldom if ever, have I encountered a situation where the care for customers reaches the level displayed by Schiets Motors. The sales department has always been informative and courtious. Additionally, the follow up by individual sales representatives has been outstanding. The service department has rightfully earned a blue ribbon reputation. My only less than perfect score is in the area of accessory inventory. I do, however, know that plans are in the works to change this situation. In summary, I can not imagine purchasing a metric motorcycle at any other dealership."
